Ues and Features
High and low-pressure polyethylene dual-purpose Film Blowing Machine unit is used to blow various plastic films such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). The films can be widely applied to packaging for industrial products, textiles, apparel and food and agricultural coverage. The cylinders and screw rods of extruders in mentioned models are all made from high-quality alloy steel through precision machining and nitriding, so as to ensure optimal hardness and corrosion resistance. The auxiliary extruder is provided with a platform rail worktable to be operated more conveniently. The winding device adopts torque motor as the power to keep suitable tension, orderly winding and convenient roll replacement.
